Telephone payments - All major credit/debit cards are accepted please call the 0121 359 0002. You will need to provide your order reference/Invoice number.
Cheques payable to Chiltern London Ltd. Please send your cheque to our Birmingham address stated above. Please ensure you have written your order reference number/invoice number on the back of the cheque. Once your cheque has been received and banked please allow 5-7 working days for cheque clearence. We will notify you upon clearance and of the expected delivery date of your order.
If you are opting to collect your order in person payment can be made upon collection please note cash, credit/debit cards only for this option. Please ensure you also have your order reference/invoice number.
MINIMUM ORDER
As we are a wholesale site we hold a minimum order of £100 (not including delivery charges). We cannot complete orders below this value. In this is the case we will either call you to add to your order or refund you fully.
